By accessing, browsing, or using advanize.com, users acknowledge that they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with any of these terms, you should refrain from using the site or submitting information through its forms.
Accessing the site does not, by itself, create a contractual, partnership, employment, professional, or agency relationship between the user and Advanize.
Information and services
Advanize is a studio specializing in e-commerce systems, web development, digital direction, search visibility, measurement, data, and optimization.
Information published on the site is provided for institutional, informational, and commercial purposes. The final characteristics of each service are established in a specific proposal, quotation, contract, or agreement.
Advanize may update, expand, modify, or discontinue services and content when necessary, without affecting previously assumed contractual commitments.
Proposals and engagement
Every engagement is formalized through a proposal, quotation, written confirmation, or contract that defines the specific scope of the project.
As applicable, these documents may establish:
- Project objectives and scope.
- Deliverables and work stages.
- Estimated timelines.
- Fees and payment terms.
- Number of revisions or modifications.
- Third-party services and additional costs.
- Maintenance or support conditions.
- Ownership and licensing of deliverables.
If these general terms conflict with an accepted proposal or contract, the specific terms of the corresponding document will prevail.
Client responsibilities
To support proper project development, the client must provide complete information, materials, access credentials, and approvals within reasonable timeframes.
The client represents that it holds the necessary rights or authorizations for all materials it provides, including:
- Logos and visual identity.
- Photographs, videos, and illustrations.
- Copy, catalogs, and product information.
- Trademarks, trade names, and domains.
- Databases and any information supplied for the project.
Delays in providing materials, responses, access, or approvals may affect the original project schedule.
Results and performance
Advanize applies professional, technical, and strategic standards intended to improve search visibility, user experience, measurement, and commercial performance.
However, SEO, advertising, conversion, sales, and growth results may depend on external factors, including competition, market conditions, investment, catalog, pricing, reputation, algorithms, and decisions made by third-party platforms.
Unless expressly stated in a contract, Advanize does not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic volumes, sales, revenue, or commercial results.
Intellectual property
The design, code, identity, copy, trademarks, visual assets, architecture, and other proprietary content of advanize.com belong to Advanize or are used with authorization.
Copying, reproducing, distributing, reselling, adapting, or commercially exploiting site content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Ownership, licensing, and permitted use of deliverables created for a client will be defined in the corresponding proposal or contract.
Tools, components, methods, structures, libraries, and knowledge previously developed or intended for general use may remain the property of Advanize or their respective providers.
Third-party platforms and services
Some projects may use external services such as WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, hosting and domain providers, payment gateways, shipping systems, CRM platforms, analytics, advertising, or automation tools.
These services are subject to their own terms, policies, costs, availability, and technical decisions.
Advanize does not control changes, interruptions, limitations, suspensions, or failures originating directly from third-party platforms, although it may assist the client within the scope of the contracted service.
Payments, cancellation, and suspension
Fees, deposits, payment dates, currency, taxes, and cancellation terms are determined in each proposal or contract.
Unless otherwise agreed, the start of a project may be subject to receipt of the specified deposit and the required materials.
Failure to pay, prolonged lack of response, failure to meet responsibilities, or improper use of the services may result in suspension of work until the situation is resolved.
Confidentiality
Advanize seeks to treat commercial, technical, and strategic information provided by its clients as confidential.
This obligation does not apply to information that is public, lawfully obtained through other means, or required to be disclosed by a competent authority.
When a project requires special confidentiality conditions, they must be established in a separate agreement.

Advanize seeks to keep the site available, current, and secure, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or completely error-free operation.
The site may be interrupted by maintenance, updates, technical failures, third-party services, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Advanize will not be liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site, decisions made solely on the basis of its content, or interruptions caused by third parties.
